Shipping & Replacement Policy

  1. Covermark.com.sg are currently available for only local delivery service for eligible residential and office addresses within Singapore except for locations with restriction access. Covermark reserve the right to decline any delivery addresses with restricted access or is inaccessible. (Jurong Island, Sentosa RWS, All camps, Naval base & Airbase, Changi Airport, Changi Cargo area)
  2. All payment are made via online payment. We do not accept COD delivery.
  3. Shipping Time: 3-5 business days (exclude holidays and non business day). Order after 12pm will consider as a next day order.
  4. If there is experience of high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is any significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
  5. Please provide sufficient and accurate shipping address (full detailed address including postal code) Covermark will not be responsible for undelivered goods as a result of error information provided.
  6. Covermark do not accept cancellation or modify of order once we have confirmed the order. It is important for you to check your order before processing with the payment.
  7. Redemption of loyalty benefits such as birthday months, rewards card redemptions are not eligible for transaction made on our website.
  8. We offer Free Delivery for all orders above $150 nett purchased
  9. Covermark reserves the right to revise or update these Condition without your prior notice at any time. These changes will take effect immediately upon updated. By using Covermark.com.sg, you will be deemed to have agreed with such changes.

Replacement Policy

  1. Only product purchased on Covermark.com.sg may be exchanged.
  2. Replacement of product are strictly only be done through the same platform. Product are not allow to be replace in retail store
  3. Replacement period is 10 days from the day of purchased.
  4. We do not accept items purchased from another retailer for a refund or replacement
  5. Replacement products must be in their original condition with receipt. We do not accept partially used product or product with broken seal.
  6. We do not hold responsibility in cases for missing package which is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners via contactless delivery.
  7. Covermark will not bear any charges incurred by customer during process of replacement of product.
  8. Replacement process will take up to 14 days upon item received
  9. Replacement do not meet our exchange policy will not be accepted.
  10. No refund and exchange are allowed once transaction has been made.
